Neeser Construction builds dreams as well as high-quality structures. Over the years, Neeser Construction has been awarded eight school construction projects for the Bering Strait School District and three for the Yukon Flats school district. Other districts include the Lower Kuskokwim School District, Lower Yukon School District, Mat-Su School District, Southwest Region School District and Iditarod School District, twenty-two projects in total. These have all presented logistical challenges.

Finding ways to save money without sacrificing quality is a Neeser tradition. The Anchorage Jail project is no exception.

It's interesting to note that Neeser Construction began its experience with correctional facilities with the renovation of the Cook Inlet Pre-Trial facility, adjacent to this jail, fifteen years earlier in the mid 1980's.

Since 1991 Neeser Construction, Inc. has constructed medical office buildings, heart centers, doctor's offices, a major hospital renovation and the Veteran's Outpatient Clinic with associated parking garage on the Alaska Regional Hospital Campus. Over 1,000,000 square feet of new construction and/or renovations have been completed with additional projects on the horizon.

When a national chain such as Wal-Mart wants to build a new facility with much of the same specifications as its other stores, what quality does a construction company have to bring to the table? It was Neeser Construction's willingness to step in as liaison between the local community council and Wal-Mart to resolve issues that had delayed the project for several years. It's the Neeser Construction difference, which made all the difference to Wal-Mart.
