Hooper Bay K-12 School - Complex is the winning entry in a design-build competition. The two-story, 73,800 SF facility contains the post library, a large lecture hall, adult education classrooms, and office and support spaces.

Pilot Station Replacement School - The Pilot Station School is a 46,000sf K-12 School with a central M&E Plant built as a separate building of 6,000sf.

Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center

This 215,000sf convention center located in the heart of downtown Anchorage is the foundation of the growing convention industry in Alaska. The need, and hope for a facility like this had been around for over two decades, and yet it never seemed to get beyond the hope stage.

The 188 West Northern Lights Building is a 293,000sf fifteen story building combining 145,000sf on 4 levels parking, 15,000sf of ground level retail space and 133,000sf (9 floors) of Class A office space. The building is located on the corner of Northern Lights Blvd and "C" Street, in the heart of midtown Anchorage.

Home Depot Store #8940

This South Anchorage Home Depot was a fast track project. The property is contiguous to a Safeway Store, so Neeser Construction, as the developer, had to meet Safeway's requirements for access and appearance as well as follow Home Depot's criteria.

Alert Holding and Pallet Processing

Bering Strait School District

Gambell K-12 School - This Design/Build project called for the addition of 32,000 square feet of new construction to the existing 11,000 square foot High School. The extreme weather conditions, the worst Alaska has to offer, required an innovative approach to a fast track enclosure of the structure.

Anchorage Water & Wastewater Headquarters

The complete renovation of the AWWU headquarters building located at 3000 Arctic Blvd, in Anchorage, Alaska totaled 41,500 square feet. Included was a 6,200 square foot addition to the building.

Anchorage City Hall, Hill Building Renovation

This project was the complete gutting and renovation of the Anchorage City Hall. This 144,000 square foot building was retrofitted with a concrete ductile moment frame to meet all seismic requirements of the 1991 Uniform Building Code.

Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic-Regional Offices

This project, consisting of approximately 204,000 square feet, is a Design/Build lease back competition. The award was made in September of 1990 and construction was scheduled to begin in April 1991 with completion in December 1991, utilizing fast track construction methods.

Benson Benny School
