Neeser Construction and staff designed and built for Corporate Leasing & Investment an office/warehouse complex leased to Air Land Transport at East 79th and Petersburg Sts.
When we contracted Neeser Construction, Jerry Neeser owner, promised a turn key project and that is exactly what we received and by the completion date he set. We watched this project with critical eye as our previous building project posed so many headaches while we tried to continue with the business of making a living.
We feel Neeser Construction used superior material and workmanship resulting in a first rate building. The completed project was paved and the necessary landscaping to give a very professional appearance.
Mr. Neeser did assist us in obtaining all necessary documents for state and federal regulations. He was also instrumental in dealing with our bankers.
To date, when there have been warranty repairs they have been completed in a timely and professional manner.
