Now that all the dust has settled and the school year is under way, I thought I would take a moment to comment about Neeser Construction’s performance on the S.A.V.E. II contract.

As a Construction Project Manager for the Anchorage School District I have to deal with a wide variety of contractors. I wish all my experiences could be as pleasant as was working with N.C.I.

From our first meeting it was evident that you and the other members of the N.C.I. team had complete understanding of the parameters of the contract, a well devised plan to achieve successful completion of this wonderful facility, and the right personnel to execute your schedule.

Time and again, over these past few months, I have as the Project Manager for ASD, received complements on the quality of workman ship on S.A.V.E. II. Those compliments are a direct reflection on the entire Neeser organization. Along that line, I would like to extend a special thank you to your Superintendent, Royal Field for his dedication to quality as well as schedule. It made all the difference.
