Dear Evaluation Committee:

This letter is in reference to the Car Rental Center in Anchorage Alaska. This facility was built a year ago and is a masterpiece of architecture for Alaska. Before the facility was built, our customers had to walk to their cars in inclement weather, dragging their bags through the snow and slush. Our companies also had to drive to off-airport locations to deliver dirty cars to fuel and clean them for the next customer. The shuttling of cars to and from the airport took time, money, and many employees.

Now that the new facility is complete, we have a one stop shop for our operations. Customers now enter a beautiful two story glass lobby, sign their paperwork, and walk a short distance under cover to their cars. Our employees can turn a car around in less than 15 minutes – they wash, vacuum, and fuel all at one location. Our operations have been more efficient, our service to our customers has been dramatically improved, our employees take pride in their new workplace and we now have a first class facility.

Working with Neeser Construction was a tremendous experience as they built a facility on time and on budget – something that is extremely rare for this large of a facility. We are so pleased with our new Car Rental Center. It is an exceptional facility which showcases the greatness found in Alaska.
