Anchorage City Hall, Hill Building
This project consisted of the complete gutting and renovation of Anchorage City Hall. The 144,000 sq. ft. building was retrofitted with a concrete ductile moment frame in order to meet all the seismic requirements of the 1991 Uniform Building Code.
