Neeser Construction Inc. has just completed a substantial remodeling project for us and I am highly pleased. The job was finished ahead of schedule; the quality of work was excellent; and the job was completed on budget.
With one exception I found their subcontractor selections to be quite good. Neeser’s job superintendent, Royal Field, did a particularly good job of managing the work and handling changes which were necessitated by a poor set of architectural drawings.
My partner and I have extensive development experience elsewhere with much larger projects and I believe we are in a fair position to evaluate Neeser’s performance.
