Neeser Construction, located at 2501 Blueberry, Anchorage, Alaska, was the General Contractor on a remodel job for IBM during 1984 in our building located at 2525 “C” Street. The total contract sum was in excess of $650,000.
All work performed by and controlled by Neeser Construction was completed in the time allotted by the contract, and was approved by local and Los Angeles, CA IBM management. The work was done in an efficient and professional manner, and the many change orders from both CIRI management and IBM, were handled in a very timely and acceptable way.
