The 33,000 sf, $18M project was completed on-time and to a high standard of quality, Neeser Construction, Inc (NCI) was the general contractor and Livingston Slone the designer , with each firm holding separate contracts with the owner, the State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. We found NCI’s personnel to be highly responsive to complexities of this public health laboratory. Your staffs planning of the work to be done, seeking clarifications at an early date, timely execution, superb quality control, excellent documentation and communications, cost consciousness and overall teamwork was exemplary.
