The Anchorage Dialysis location is a 20,000 square foot, 6.1 million, Renal Care Dialysis Center is full to the brim with complex and highly technical mechanical and dialysis systems. It also has architectural complexity that creates a signature appearance for the client through intricate detailing of form and finish. As the CMc/Design-build contractor we managed multiple layers of design professionals and several specialty designers, suppliers and subcontractors relative to the intricate requirements for a dialysis laboratory. Innovative approaches to teaming relationships, winter construction and modularizing structural components assisted in cost control. Construction began in June 2004 and was complete in July 2005
