Eagle River Elementary School Site Improvement
This project consists of civil site work rleated to the demolition of paving, sidwalk, curb and gutter, storm drainage system and site lighting. The work shall include removing & replacing a portion of subgrade, as outlined in the contract documents, moving and replacing out buildings, so as to accomplish the work, removing and replacing a retaining wall and reconfiguring the rear loading ramp.
