Anchorage Water & Wastewater Headquarters
The complete renovation of the Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility headquarters building, located at 3000 Arctic Blvd, totaled 41,500 sq. ft. The project included a 6,200 sq. ft. addition to the existing building. The scope of the work required asbestos abatement, structural upgrades, parking lots, landscaping, elevator partitions, door finishes, and new mechanical and electrical. Phasing was required in order to maintain occupancy of the owner.
