Building 3030 Structural Repairs

Design-Build by Neeser Paug-Vik, JV under SBA Mentor Protégé agreement. Identify areas of structural deficiency to include decking, purlins, beams, columns and connections along the load path relative to current snow loads as one section was built in 1954. All work occurred on under side to not disturb existing roof or flooring. Warehouse was occupied and fully operational during construction, working around storage racks, etc and completed 40,000 SF in phases to nearly double the load carrying capacity.
