Chapel by the Sea
Demolition fo the old structure and construct a new 10,650 SF Education Center with cast-in-place concrete foundations. The structure is a two-story wood frame building, the exterior finishes are cedar siding, and split faced CMU, the roofing is EPDM and standing seam metal. The site work and landscaping is being modernized to new code standards.
