E Smith Road
The project is located east of the Old Glenn Highway on East Smith Road Extension beginning at the intersection of North Smith Road and extending approx 4600 ft to the eastern termination at North Kendy Circle and the McRoberts & Matanuska Peak trailhead . To provide improved and safer residential and recreational trailhead access through reconstruction of the existing road and construction of a new separated pedestrian pathway.
